Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) allows patients to check-in and fill out forms via the eClipboard app.

On an Android or iOS tablet, patients launch the eClipboard app.

Patients receive a text message, either manually sent by the office, or via Arrivals. They will follow the link to open the above web page.

• If eClipboard is not already installed on the patient's device, they will click the corresponding link to their device to install it. Once installed, patients should come back to this web page and click Check-In.
• For iOS users, if eClipboard is already installed on the patient's device, they will click Check-In. eClipboard will automatically launch.
• For Android users, if eClipboard is already installed on the patient's device, they will be instantly rerouted to the app.

App Flow

A 6-digit authentication code will be sent to the patient via text message. Patients will enter this code here.

Once entered, click Validate.

The Checklist page will open.

Patients will complete each item. As items are completed, the red exclamation point icon will turn to a green check mark. Once all items are complete, they will click Submit.

After the Success window pops up, the patient can close the app.
