Telephone Numbers
Use the Telephone Numbers tools to reformat numbers.
In the Main Menu, click Tools, Misc Tools, Telephone Numbers.
This tool will reformat telephone numbers in the following places:
- Patient phone numbers
- ICE phone numbers on patient notes
- Carrier phone numbers
Click Reformat.
The matches that will be reformatted are as follows:

- ###-###-####
- #-###-###-####
- ### ###-####
- ### ### ####
- (###) ### ####
- (###) ###-####
- #######
