The issue that caused the following warning has been fixed by Swell CX as of 01/15/2020:

There have been reports of Swell CX damaging Royal dental Software databases. This corruption is caused by Swell CX inserting rows into the Royal dental Software database. We strongly recommend against using this service as it is dangerous and has caused extended downtime for multiple Royal dental Software users. Removal of Swell CX is difficult, and we cannot guarantee your database will perform correctly even after it is removed.
