Data corruption can happen to anyone and for a variety of reasons. If you have a corrupt database, follow these steps:
- Backup your data BEFORE you do any other steps (including database maintenance). Anytime you repair a corrupted table, there is a chance data will be wiped out. Having a backup may prevent additional data loss. See Backups.
- Contact Royal dental Software and let us know the corruption error message. We will try and repair the table(s) manually.
- If you can't contact Royal dental Software, or do not want to, you can try running Database Maintenance, Optimize tool.
- If corruption still exists, contact Royal dental Software.
